All tours are designed to meet the cruise ships port arrival and departure times. If for any reason you are not returned to your ship prior to its departure we guarantee to get you to the ships next port of call.
Should the cruise ship not berth for any reason, other than rescheduling within 7 days, no cancellation fees apply. Should the cruise ship reschedule to another nearby port within 7 days of its scheduled arrival, then the booking will be transferred, where possible, to a similar excursion in that port without any additional fees being incurred.
Payment is made in full at time of booking. Any cancellations will be processed as refunds as follows:

If Leisure Tours cancels a tour or is unable to provide a tour, (excluding acts of nature, terrorism or war) a full refund will be provided.
Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the tour.
Leisure Tours reserves the right to charge an administration fee if the tour cancellation has become problematic.
We recommend you travel with insurance to cover any cancellation charges relating to our tours.
The following tours have specific cancellation and refund policies:

Please note that due to changes in the booking Terms and Conditions at the Hobbiton Movie Set, the Hobbiton Tour charge portion of any tour will not be refunded should the ship cancel its port of call, or should the ship change its arrival or departure time meaning the scheduled tour time at Hobbiton is not possible.
